Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation to the employer and designated passengers at all times
- Drive and handle luxury vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, Toyota Prado, and similar) with professionalism and care
- Plan routes in advance and adjust in real time to avoid traffic congestion, roadworks, or delays
- Ensure strict adherence to all traffic laws, road safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition by conducting daily inspections (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes)
- Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and presentable at all times (interior and exterior)
- Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs as required
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, or incidents to the employer
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding schedules, locations, and personal information
- Assist with running errands, deliveries, or collection of items as instructed
- Be punctual, flexible, and available for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Ensure passengers’ comfort and safety throughout all journeys
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance when required
- Represent the employer professionally through conduct, appearance, and communication
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Valid Kenyan Driving License – Class B, C & E
- Proven experience as a personal, executive, or private driver
- Demonstrated experience driving luxury vehicles (Mercedes, Prado or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of Nairobi roads, routes, and traffic regulations
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses
- Good communication skills and professional conduct
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and courteous at all times
- Physically fit and well-groomed
