Performance Marketing Specialist (User Acquisition / Growth)

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on media buying: own setup, structure, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, optimization, scaling and recovery on Meta, Google (App/UAC, Search, Display), and TikTok.
  • Strategy & pacing: translate growth goals into channel/country/audience/funnel plans (prospecting, re-engagement, retargeting), and manage weekly/monthly pacing.
  • Attribution & measurement: work with MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), GA4/Firebase or internal tracking; troubleshoot events/postbacks, missing/duplicate data, attribution inconsistencies.
  • Analytics & insights: conduct funnel/cohort/creative-audience analyses; communicate hypothesis → test → learning → next action clearly. SQL/BI is a plus.
  • Creative strategy & testing: build weekly creative testing roadmap, define variables/control, write executable briefs and post-test learnings.
  • Funnel optimization: partner with product/design to improve landing pages, registration/deposit steps, and basic ASO elements to lift CVR/retention/purchase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing; proven budget + outcome ownership.
  • Master at least two of Meta/Google/TikTok: can independently set up, optimize, debug tracking and handle policy issues.
  • Strong analytics: advanced Excel/Sheets, cohort/LTV/ROAS; understands experiment design and attribution; SQL/BI a plus.
  • Creative-minded: understands why creatives win/lose; can propose angles and script suggestions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming/sports betting/RMG, games or utility apps; familiar with policy boundaries.
  • Experience in using AI tools, like Chatgpt/Gemini, etc.

AI Creative Designer (Performance Ad Creatives)

Responsibilities

  • Brief-to-hypothesis: turn goals/audience/value props into testable creative hypotheses.
  • AI generation & iteration: produce stable, usable ad assets via prompt engineering, references/style control, inpainting/outpainting, and multi-shot consistency.
  • Workflow & library: naming/versioning/tagging system to reduce rework and improve collaboration.
  • Brand & compliance: ensure policy-safe assets (age gating, responsible messaging, no misleading claims).
  • Ideation-to-execution: propose new formats and provide executable generation/editing plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in AI-based creative production (ideally 1+ years); portfolio required.
  • Proficient across mainstream AI toolchains (both image + video) and adapts fast:
  • Image: Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Adobe Firefly (2+ preferred)
  • Video: Runway / Pika / Luma etc. (must have deliverable ad cuts)
  • Strong prompting: decomposes briefs into controllable variables and can reproduce at scale.
  • Editing proficiency in at least one of CapCut/Premiere/After Effects; image editing a plus.
  • Understands performance creative mechanics (hook, pacing, density, CTA, placement and pitfalls).

Nice to have

  • Performance creative experience and knows how to iterate from data.
  • UGC shooting/editing or creator management; motion/3D/consistency workflows.

Portfolio Requirements

  • 5-10 finished ad assets + 2–3 iteration stories (v1 → improved).
  • Each case: channel, audience, creative angle, toolchain, key prompts (redacted ok).
  • Performance metrics are a plus (ranges/relative ok; optional).
