Role Summary: Owns paid acquisition and traffic growth.

Responsibilities:

Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Optimize funnels for acquisition
Manage ad creatives with content team
Allocate and optimize budgets

KPIs:

Cost per Acquisition (CPA), ROAS,
Traffic volume,
New customers acquired, Click-through rate (CTR).
