Purpose of the Role
- Plastic sales will be responsible for building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of our existing and new clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, or any other Business related field.
Skills and Competencies:
-  Transport and Logistics Processes – Understanding truck hiring, delivery planning, and route optimization.
-  Professional Client Communication – Knowing how to communicate eectively and maintain client relationshipsÂ
- Time Management Techniques – Awareness of strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Â
-  Pellet Product Specifications – Familiarity with the quality, applications, and benefits of the pellets.Â
-  Basic Sales Processes – Understanding customer needs, retention strategies, and sales fundamentals.Â
- Problem-Solving Frameworks – Knowledge of approaches to resolve logistical or client-related challenges..
-  Team Dynamics – Awareness of workflows and collaboration within sales and logistics teams.Â
- Record-Keeping and Reporting – Understanding how to maintain accurate delivery records and prepare reports
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate transport for pellet deliveries to clients.
- Check that the right material with the right quality is loaded.
- Track and follow up on the delivery of materials and samples.Â
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and client communications.
- Support the senior sales team by preparing required documentation.
- Occasionally accompany senior salespeople on client visits
