Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (K) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment preparation.
- Experience preparing payments via cheques and EFTs and managing supplier payments.
- Ability to reconcile supplier accounts, vendor statements, and system balances accurately.
- Experience posting invoices, managing vendor records, and maintaining correct ledger, tax, and non-stock codes.
- Good understanding of financial records management, reporting, and audit
- support.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Strong filing and document management skills.
