We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker & Production Lead to join our team. This role is key in ensuring that our designs are accurately translated into high-quality garments, and that production runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance across all garments.
- Handle pattern drafting and adjustments.
- Provide process oversight to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage reporting & inventory coordination.
- Lead and guide the production team, ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee timely delivery & dispatch.
- Manage raw materials to minimize waste and avoid shortages.
- Develop and maintain technical sheets to guide production.
- Assess and resolve production team challenges quickly and effectively.
- Train new production staff and build capacity within the team.
Qualifications
- Excellent pattern drafting skills with proven ability to create and adapt patterns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proven experience working in a fashion retail brand or garment production environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team.
