Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts
- Engage customers professionally and negotiate payment arrangements
- Update customer records accurately after every interaction
- Meet agreed collection targets and maximise recoveries
- Handle objections and disputes professionally
- Escalate or recommend accounts for further action when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Basic computer literacy (collections systems knowledge is an added advantage)
- High integrity and professionalism
- Call centre, sales, or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Students, freelancers, and individuals seeking evening or weekend work are encouraged to apply
