Mobikey Kenya is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Bodyworks Technician to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive painting and body repair, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle body repairs including dent removal, panel beating, and surface preparation
- Carry out spray painting jobs using appropriate techniques and materials
- Match paint colors and ensure a flawless finish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
- Ensure safety protocols and standards are followed at all times
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive bodywork and spray painting
- Knowledge of paint mixing, prepping, and application techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and precision in finishing work
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Relevant certification in auto bodywork/painting is an added advantage
