We are seeking a highly polished, energetic, and proactive professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant / Admin / Sales Executive.
This role calls for someone who is not only super organised and sales-savvy but also conversant with the Hospitality, Tourism, and Lifestyle industry — able to confidently pitch, represent, and step into my shoes when I am not available.

- Strong knowledge & networks in Hospitality, Tourism, and Lifestyle
- Excellent communicator – polished, persuasive & client-facing
- Great at pitching & presentations – can confidently represent me in meetings/events
- Highly organized – diary management, scheduling & fast with minutes
- Ten steps ahead – anticipates needs & solutions
- Energetic, flexible, reliable – 24/7 mindset
- Sales-oriented – builds relationships & drives business
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a very tight schedule
- Take fast, accurate minutes during meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and client follow-ups
- Confidently represent me in high-level hospitality/tourism/lifestyle meetings or events if I’m unavailable
- Support sales activities, proposals, and partnerships
