About Elimu Shop
Elimu Shop is an EdTech organization creating innovative game-based learning tools that make mathematics engaging, accessible, and fun. Our flagship product, Equation Explorer, combines a digital app and physical math games to help students build problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
About the Role
- We are looking for energetic and people-focused Outreach Representatives to help onboard schools onto the Equation Explorer App and promote our Equation Explorer math games.
- You will engage school leaders, teachers, and learning institutions, demonstrate how our solutions work, and help schools adopt our products to improve math learning outcomes.
- This is an ideal opportunity for education graduates and math educators with strong sales skills who enjoy working in the field and making a real impact in education.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage schools, teachers, and school administrators
- Introduce and onboard schools to the Equation Explorer App
- Present and sell the physical Equation Explorer board games
- Conduct product demos and classroom demonstrations where required
- Train teachers on how to use the app and physical board games effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with schools
- Track leads, onboarded schools, and sales activity
- Represent Elimu Shop professionally in the education sector
Qualifications

- Anyone passionate about learning, children, sales and impact
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence engaging teachers and school leaders
- Basic understanding of the school environment
- Willingness to do field visits and school demos
- Ability to explain products clearly and persuasively
- Self-driven, organized, and reliable
- Interest in EdTech, mathematics, or education
Nice to Have
- Background in Education or Mathematics
- Experience in school sales, outreach, or training
- Experience running demos, workshops, or clubs
