Victory Global Impact Africa, a premier Hospitality Recruitment Agency, is urgently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry with three Five-Star Hotel Properties in Mombasa, Kenya.

All positions are based in Mombasa, Kenya

Role Overview

Each Head of Department will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, budgets, and profitability of their respective department.

This includes:

• Strategic planning and execution
• Leadership, training, and team motivation
• Operational and financial management
• Driving guest satisfaction and service excellence

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Expertise in training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong financial acumen and business forecasting ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of departmental management experience in Hotels, Resorts, or Lodges
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (essential)
