Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end
• operational oversight, ensuring efficient production processes, effective management of inbound
• and outbound logistics, optimized warehousing systems, and strict adherence to food quality and
• safety standards. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and achievement of output targets.
• Manage inbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
• Oversee outbound logistics, including order fulfillment, dispatch, and distribution.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across all processes.
• Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage production, logistics, and warehouse teams to drive performance and accountability.
• Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate reporting.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management, detailing
• production performance, challenges, and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Operations
• Management or a related field. Master’s degree in Operations & Technology Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations management, logistics and warehousing, preferably in the cereal-based food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing technologies, processing techniques, and automation.
• Proven leadership in team management, production planning, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong understanding of health, food safety, and environmental regulations in the food industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
