Looking for a nursing job in Kenya? Plainsview Hospital is recruiting a Nursing Team Lead position. Proficiency in nursing leadership, patient care, and NCK registration is required.
Role Summary
- To provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight and operational coordination of nursing services to ensure safe, timely, patient-centred, compliant and financially sustainable nursing care delivery while supporting patient experience, quality improvement, staff capability and workforce stability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) License.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Minimum five (5) years nursing experience with Two (2) Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Professional integrity, confidentiality and accountability
