Nurse-Mombasa Job HealthX Africa
Medical Jobs, HealthX Africa Jobs. Nurse delivers telehealth consultations, manages patient triage, provides virtual care advice, and coordinates follow-ups, requires a Nursing Degree or Diploma, active NCAK registration, and 2+ years clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
- Triage patients, identify clinical red flags, and escalate cases requiring urgent or in-person care.
- Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, injections, and sample collection, where applicable.
- Provide nursing care, health education, and counselling tailored to patients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records on relevant digital healthcare platforms.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, nursing standards, patient-safety requirements, and telehealth best practices.
Qualifications
- Relevant nursing qualification from a recognised institution
- Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) practising licence.
