Purpose Ensure 24/7 network performance and service availability by leading the Network Operations Center team, managing incident response and driving proactive monitoring, analysis, and improvement of network infrastructure and SLAs.

  • Manage real-time monitoring of all network elements, power systems, and connected infrastructure
  • Lead incident detection, escalation, coordination and communication until resolution
  • Assign and supervise alarm handling and troubleshooting activities
  • Maintain accurate network status updates to Project Manager and client operations teams
  • Ensure timely ticket logging, classification, closure and documentation for audits
  • Analyze network performance data to identify chronic issues and propose preventive actions
  • Coordinate with field teams for dispatch and priority response
  • Protect SLA compliance by reducing MTTR, outage frequencies and repeat alarms
  • Oversee network change management, planned outages and risk communication
  • Own NOC reporting, dashboards and analysis, including incident trends
  • Enforce security protocols, access controls and data integrity in NOC systems
  • Train and develop NOC shift teams for higher competency

Skills and Competencies

Technical

  • Strong knowledge of telecom networks, power systems and monitoring platforms
  • Expertise in alarm correlation, ticketing tools and NOC workflows
  • SLA management and performance optimization
  • Ability to lead 24/7 shift operations with discipline and clarity
  • Service-driven mindset focused on uptime and customer satisfaction
  • Compliance with EHS and network security standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecom network operations, including at least 3 years in a NOC leadership role
  • Proven experience supporting Mobile Network Operators or major network infrastructure (BTS, Microwave, Transmission, IP Networks)
  • Hands-on knowledge of network monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and alarm correlation platforms
  • Track record of improving SLA performance and reducing MTTR
  • Experience in incident management, shift operations, and change management
  • Certification in CCNA, ITIL, or NOC-specific platforms is an added advantage
  • Strong background in reporting and analytics for network performance
  • Experience working in environments with strict security compliance and escalation protocols
  • Understanding of I-Tower workflows, updates and reporting requirements
