NOC Engineer Job Corevantage

The NOC Engineer monitors all BTS sites round-the-clock, raises timely notifications when alarms occur and ensures incidents are followed through to full resolution by coordinating with field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and power alarms in real time
- Notify field technicians immediately when faults occur
- Create, update, and close incident tickets accurately and on time
- Track technician progress and ensure issues are fully resolved
- Communicate critical incidents to NOC Manager and client NOC as per escalation matrix
- Maintain clean shift handover logs and alarm summaries
- Generate daily and weekly site alarm and outage reports
- Support documentation for repeated issues to help preventive actions
Skills and Competencies
- Quick response and strong follow-through
- Good communication and teamwork
- Accurate documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in 24/7 shift rotation
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, ICT, Electrical or related field
- Experience in NOC for BTS Maintenance for minimum 3 years
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and alarm monitoring tools
- Basic understanding of telecom power systems helpful
