Salary Range: 45K-55K plus Comm.

Our core HR activities include Recruitment, Labour Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Employee Trainings. We build fruitful relationships with our clients and always aim to add value to their business by improving the efficiency of their HR activities and increasing the return on their Human Capital spend.
Key Responsibilities.
- Handle client inquiries and conduct pre-move surveys (physical & virtual) .
- Prepare and present competitive international moving quotations .
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the moving process .
- Coordinate with operations, overseas agents, customs officials & shipping lines .
- Advise clients on destination regulations, documentation & customs processes .
- Provide exceptional service to corporate, diplomatic & private clients
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Requirements
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, coordination & organizational abilities .
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service (preferred) .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools .
- High attention to detail & a customer-first attitude .
- Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure .
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, International Relations, Business, or related field
