Job Summary:
We are seeking a Monetary Policy Implementation and Operations Consultant Trainer to deliver specialized training on the tools, processes, and best practices for effective monetary policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and regularly update training materials on open market operations, liquidity management, and monetary policy tools.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for central bankers, financial market professionals, and policymakers.
- Provide practical exercises on market operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Guide participants in aligning operations with CBK frameworks and international standards.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and integrate them into training.
- Assess training outcomes and improve methodologies as needed.
- Support organizations in enhancing their monetary policy operations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monetary policy operations or central banking.
- Proven experience in training or professional development.
- Certification in treasury operations or financial markets (e.g., ACI Dealing Certificate) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
