We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Modern Trade Manager to lead our Modern Trade division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring product availability and visibility across key modern trade accounts countrywide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
- Solid understanding of modern trade account management and category management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Skilled in managing trade promotions, budgets, and marketing investments.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to deliver results under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across regions and a valid driving license.
