We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join our busy depot team. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Two years of experience in reporting, Data Analysis, Sales Planning & Inventory Management or related role.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems, Sales Order Management, POS and Transaction Reporting Tools
• High levels of proactiveness and problem-solving skills.
• High Levels of Integrity and Confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze category sales performance across multiple stores to identify trends and opportunities.
• Replenish stock efficiently using stock availability reports to ensure optimal inventory levels. Coordinate stock regrouping within stores to enhance product visibility and improve sales.
• Support the merchandising and sales teams with timely data and insights to drive performance.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting and inventory management tasks.

N/B: This is a 6-month temporary contract.
