We’re looking for a fashion-forward Merchandiser with experience in knit and woven garments, fabric sourcing, trims, product development, costing, and production coordination. You’ll manage the end-to-end merchandising cycle — from client communication and sampling to production and shipment — collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising cycle, from development to shipment.
- Source fabrics, trims, and manage sampling and approvals.
- Prepare accurate costings and optimize material usage.
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and finance teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in textiles, garments, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ hands-on merchandising experience in knit and woven garments, preferably in export-focused organizations.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and trend-driven product development.
- Expertise in costing, supplier negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficient with relevant tech and tools.
