Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::

Section 50 (1) (b) of the Public Benefit Organizations Act No. 18 of 2013, applicants for the position of Member Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal must have the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a law degree from a recognized university.
• Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.
• Have at least Five (5) years of post-admission experience.
• Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage
• Must not be a member or staff of the Authority
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity
