Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions as per the allocated products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and market share.
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads on behalf of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements.
• Desired Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Handling of cardio-diabetes products for at least 1 year.
• Coverage of the upper hill region and Nairobi hospital will be an added advantage

Desirable Competencies

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Proficient oration and narration of English and Swahili languages
• Experience with the digital call reporting tools
