Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions as per the allocated products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and market share.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads on behalf of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements.
- Desired Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Handling of cardio-diabetes products for at least 1 year.
- Coverage of the upper hill region and Nairobi hospital will be an added advantage
Desirable Competencies
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Proficient oration and narration of English and Swahili languages
- Experience with the digital call reporting tools
