A company based at Tatu City is seeking to recruit Full Time mechanical technicians to support the promotion and adoption of solar solutions for both commercial and domestic use. The product range includes solar panels, inverters, and batteries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble tractors and related machinery according to technical specifications.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic installations during assembly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues during and after assembly.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all units meet company and industry standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet daily assembly targets.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in automotive/plant or machinery assembly (tractor or heavy equipment experience is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and assembly diagrams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
