Degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience designing and implementing M&E systems, preferably in development/non-profit sectors.
Proficiency in logical frameworks, theory of change, and data collection methodologies.
Experience with statistical software (SPSS, Stata) and digital data collection tools (ODK, KoboToolbox).
Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
