- Valid TSC Registration
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact Mathematics and Business Studies lessons that challenge students to excel under the Kenyan curriculum.
- Develop detailed schemes of work, innovative lesson plans, and engaging teaching materials.
- Promote critical thinking, discipline, and leadership through effective classroom instruction.
- Rigorously assess and track student progress, targeting outstanding KCSE performance.
- Provide strong mentorship, inspiring students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.
- Play an active role in departmental strategy, curriculum development, and co-curricular activities.
- Champion the school’s values while fostering a disciplined, aspirational learning environment.
- At least 3-4 years of impactful teaching experience

- Proven classroom management prowess and superior communication skills.

- Track record of preparing high-achieving KCSE candidates.

- Experience leading business clubs, math contests, or financial literacy workshops.
- Excellent organization, time management, and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to being a visible, positive role model

- Experience IGCSE-Edxcel.
