Job Summary:
Join our customer’s team as a Mathematics AI Trainer, where your expertise in mathematical problem-solving will directly shape the next generation of AI models. You will play a pivotal role in teaching, evaluating, and refining AI systems to ensure accuracy and clarity in mathematical reasoning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and curate high-quality mathematical problems and solutions in topics such as algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Evaluate and review AI-generated solutions for accuracy, clarity, and logical flow.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to improve models’ mathematical understanding and capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive feedback and training materials to enhance AI performance in mathematical tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mathematics education and AI training methodologies.
- Communicate complex mathematical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Contribute innovative ideas to foster continuous improvement in AI teaching tools and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable expertise in Algebra & Linear Equations, Calculus & Differentiation, Probability & Statistics, and Applied Problem Solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear mathematical explanation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development in mathematics.
- Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment.
- Proven record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
