Maternity Cover: Learning Support Teacher Job Woodland School
Teaching Jobs, Woodland Star International School Jobs.
The 1:1 Learning Support Teacher will provide individualized instruction and support for a student with particular learning needs during a maternity cover period. The teacher will implement ILP goals, differentiate instruction where necessary, and work closely with homeroom teachers, Co-Teachers, and parents to ensure continued academic and social-emotional growth for the student.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education with Special Needs Education or Bachelor of Education with a Special Needs certification.
- Valid TSC Number (for Kenyan applicants).
- Preferably at least 2 years of teaching experience, either one-to-one or in small groups.
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable teaching approach.
