Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and organized Marketing Operation Specialist to join the Payments Business Unit (PBU) at Bybit. You’ll play an active role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns across regions, helping bring Bybit’s payment products to a global audience. If you’re eager to learn, comfortable with fast-paced projects, and curious about the intersection of crypto and fintech, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, setup, and execution of marketing campaigns (including landing pages, voucher systems, and tracking setup).
- Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in drafting creative briefs for video, social media, and event content.
- Coordinate asset requests and timelines with the creative team.
- Conduct content quality assurance (QA) before campaign launches.
- Support marketing documentation, filing, and internal process organization.
- Assist the partnership and events team with logistics and on-site execution of marketing activations.
What You Bring Along
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Interest and knowledge of the crypto industry, digital payments, and financial technology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data handling.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (tracking, analytics, social media, campaign performance).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, international environment.
