Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include market research, brand development, campaign management, analyzing marketing performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role also involves managing budgets and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Branding
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Tracking
• Strong Content Creation and Digital Media Management skills
• Proficiency in Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management
• Understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Prior experience in the sales or advertising industry is an added advantage
