Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels to drive engagement and visibility
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional materials and rollouts
• Support sales teams with marketing insights, tools, and collateral
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners- healthcare professionals, distributors,
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations
• Monitor marketing budgets, track performance, and report on ROI
• Support product launches through coordinated marketing and communication efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – advanced level)
• Presentation design and reporting skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
