Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of an international retail client seeking a high-impact Marketing Executive who understands how to turn strategy into revenue.
This role requires a marketing professional who can bridge creativity with analytics someone who can build brand equity while delivering tangible ROI.
Key areas of ownership include:
- Developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Leading omnichannel campaigns (Digital, Social, In-store, OOH, Influencer)
- Strengthening brand positioning and customer engagement
- Driving SEO, SEM, and performance marketing initiatives
- Monitoring digital analytics and optimizing campaigns based on insights
- Managing PR, media partnerships, and corporate communications
- Planning seasonal and promotional retail campaigns
- Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution
- Tracking KPIs and presenting performance insights to senior leadership
- Leading and mentoring a marketing team
The ideal candidate:
- Has 4+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Understands retail consumer behavior and competitive positioning
- Is data-driven, creative, and strategically minded
- Has strong expertise in digital tools, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Can lead with accountability and deliver measurable results
