Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of an international retail client seeking a high-impact Marketing Executive who understands how to turn strategy into revenue.
This role requires a marketing professional who can bridge creativity with analytics someone who can build brand equity while delivering tangible ROI.

Key areas of ownership include:

• Developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goals
• Leading omnichannel campaigns (Digital, Social, In-store, OOH, Influencer)
• Strengthening brand positioning and customer engagement
• Driving SEO, SEM, and performance marketing initiatives
• Monitoring digital analytics and optimizing campaigns based on insights
• Managing PR, media partnerships, and corporate communications
• Planning seasonal and promotional retail campaigns
• Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution
• Tracking KPIs and presenting performance insights to senior leadership
• Leading and mentoring a marketing team

The ideal candidate:

• Has 4+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Understands retail consumer behavior and competitive positioning
• Is data-driven, creative, and strategically minded
• Has strong expertise in digital tools, analytics, and campaign optimization
• Can lead with accountability and deliver measurable results
