Emerge Egress Consulting is a HR Management & Training Consulting Firm established in 2017 based in Nairobi. In essence it focuses in Recruitment, Business & Marketing Strategy and Training Programs for various sectors. We partner with clients in various industries and sectors in order to meet their various needs.

Our client is a fast-growing hospitality business that values creativity, data-driven decisions, and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to help drive our brand presence and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, sales and revenue growth to scale our growth and engage our target audience.

  • Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and offline channels.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Partner with internal designers, product teams, and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their pain points, and present our products/services as tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality is an added advantage.

  • A proactive problem-solver who can handle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat.
