Position Summary:
CHEFIN is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives across a few international markets. This remote role focuses on website optimization, media management, channel listings, and supporting seasonal marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, working proficiency in English, and a passion for premium hospitality or events.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Optimization & SEO:
- Assist in optimizing website content to improve SEO performance.
- Help create new landing pages and update existing pages to enhance search visibility and user experience.
Media Management:
- Organize, update, and manage our media library (photos, videos, marketing assets).
- Select and prepare media for use in social media posts, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
Channel Listing & Optimization:
- Manage and optimize CHEFIN’s presence on external platforms such as Yelp, Google Merchants, Meta Products, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure listings are up-to-date, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate content preparation, scheduling, and basic campaign reporting as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong self-management and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a remote role.
- Working proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Experience with SEO basics, website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), and content optimization is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with listing management across digital platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Yelp, Meta Shops, Google).
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual content and brand consistency.
- Previous experience in premium hospitality or event-related industries (e.g., hotels, restaurants, event companies) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
