Bidii Credit is building the future of digital lending, payments and financial services in Kenya. We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive growth, brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Drive lead generation and conversion across lending and fintech products
- Manage and grow social media channels & digital presence
- Create compelling content (ads, posters, campaigns, online)
- Track campaign performance for ROI.
- Run field activations, partnerships
- Support sales teams to turn leads into customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in marketing, Business or related field
- 5 years experience (fintech/financial services is a big plus)
- Strong digital skills: social media, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
- Creative thinker with strong execution ability
