Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing and Communications Representatives is responsible for -:
Increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients.
- Scheduling and performing meetings with potential clients.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Attending industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with prospective clients.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential leads.
- Recommending marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
- Understanding and promoting institution programs.
- Answering client questions on calls, emails, and direct texts on social media platforms.
- Managing social media platforms
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Acting as point of contact with students
- Assisting in events organizing and coordination
Skills and qualifications to perform the required duties:-
- Effective communication
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to develop and promote social media campaigns and marketing
- Exceptional planning and organizing skills
- Age 24 years and above.
