- Sales and Sales & Marketing expertise to drive business growth
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, balancing on-site and remote tasks
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the beekeeping industry or an interest in environmental conservation is a plus
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication) is preferred
