Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support brand growth, content creation, vendor engagement, and customer interaction. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals looking to gain real marketing experience in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Manage community engagement – respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Help produce simple graphics, videos, and short-form content.
Vendor Outreach & Partnerships
- Contact and onboard micro-vendors into the BebaBox network.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, packaging partnerships, and product placements.
- Track campaign performance and gather vendor feedback.
Market Research & Brand Support
- Identify marketing trends and opportunities.
- Support influencer trials and brand collaborations.
- Assist in offline marketing activation
- (flyers, demos, pop-ups, vendor visits).
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic Canva skills (advantage but not mandatory).
- Passion for marketing, branding, and digital content.
