Job Summary

The Manager, Technology will support the Senior Manager in ensuring thesmooth operation, support, and continuous improvement of the BInsight system and other organizational applications. The position will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day support activities, managing user issues, facilitating stakeholder communication, monitoring system performance, and supporting vendor coordination to ensure effective utilization and operational
stability of technology solutions.
The role will act as a key liaison between users, programme teams, country offices, vendors, and the Technology Team to ensure timely issue resolution, user satisfaction, data quality, and successful delivery of system enhancements and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage in process improvement and automation initiatives for existing and any upcoming system/application.
• Ensure prompt support to the country IT team according to the priority of problems and guide them to resolve them
• Ensure internal IT service management in the Head office and country level operations at the industry standard.
• Assist in conducting UAT of new modules and for new requirement of the existing system as well as any upcoming system/application. Collaborate in New Module rollout, data Migration and Post implementation support.
• Perform configuration of application and manage access roles as administrator
• Maintain and ensure of the IT compliance, service management, audit focal, issue tracking and change management of the IT projects.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally as well as interface with third-party contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Conduct training/ refresher training, prepare training plan and materials, review training materials.
• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution, providing necessary clarification and follow up to get on time resolution.
• Assist in maintaining data pipeline, data warehouse and data visualization platform.
• Assist in data analysis and interpretation.
• Collaborate in exploring emerging technologies such as AI tools, machine learning models etc. to build a future-ready analytics platform that empowers data-driven decision-making
• Assist in preparing various customized reports/raw data for management, audit or any other purposes as and when required.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in technology operation/ providing Application related support
• Software Development & Implementation cycle
• Knowledge in IT Service Management
• Knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure and VM Management
• Database management, SQL & Network design
• Excellent writing skill and efficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Technical documentation, scope documents, test case design & execution
• End user training experience

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

• Domain Expert:NGO Programme, HR, Payroll Management, Issue Management
• Technology Domain:PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, Power BI, Data Warehouse, AI and Automation Tool
• Project Management:JIRA, MS Project or any Other Project Management Tool, BRS and Mockup Technical
  Documentation.
• Strong understanding of application support, system operations, and IT service
  management processes.
• Good knowledge of business process analysis, requirement documentation, and
  operational workflow management.
• Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, dashboards, and data warehouse concepts.

Education

• Degree Concentration / Major-B.Sc in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Data Science/ Any other Equivalent Software Engineering/ Database Management/ InformationTechnology/ Data Science
