- Managing budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts;
- Developing strategic energy and resource efficiency initiatives;
- Advising executive management on facility-related investments and risks;
- Leading disaster preparedness and emergency response planning for facilities; and
- Representing the organization in regulatory and industry forums related to infrastructure and maintenance;
