Job Purpose Statement
- The End Point IT Specialist Officer’s primary objective is to support the IT Technical Operations Management within the bank in terms of Repairs (Hardware & Software Fault Diagnosis).
Duties and Responsibilities
Service Monitoring 70%
- Ensure IT Technical Operations Management within the bank in terms of Repairs (Hardware & Software Fault Diagnosis) is handled with a lot of integrity, transparency and very professional at all times.
Save Cost 40%
- Ensure that no unnecessary procurement is done.
- Perform frequent inventory as will be requested.
- Clear records of Assets being held
Job Specifications
Academic qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Professional training:
- ITIL Foundation would be an added advantage
Desired work experience:
- Adequate understanding of the various banking business systems and computer operations processes.
- Demonstrable experience working in a professional IT environment.
- Sound knowledge of Information technology.
