InsectiPro Limited, a leading insect rearing farm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary
The Maintenance supervisor will be responsible for coordinating installation, maintenance, and repair work across our facilities. This role involves managing a maintenance team, conducting regular site inspections, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations, including repair and installation activities.
- Prepare daily reports, maintenance logs, and ensure compliance with company objectives.
- Plan and execute maintenance works with minimal disruption to operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and implement long-term preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to OSH and ISO safety standards by staff, casuals, and contractors.
- Supervise vendors to ensure high-quality supplies and services.
- Support employee performance reviews and deliver relevant technical training.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ maintenance experience with supervisory duties, preferably in the agriculture environment.
Personal Attributes & Skills
- Strong knowledge of occupational safety, mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Reliable, flexible, and a team player.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
