Job Title: Maintenance Person

About the Role,

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repairs, with expertise in civil engineering, building, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. You will be responsible for ensuring our facilities and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building maintenance and repair work.
  • Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Paint and carry out surface finishing work on walls and structures.
  • Repair and maintain kitchen equipment and other facility machinery.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work (electrical, plumbing, and general repairs).
  • Skilled in painting and finishing.
  • Ability to repair and service kitchen equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
