Maintenance Assistant III Job KMTC
Engineering Jobs, KMTC Jobs. Maintenance Assistant III carries out routine repairs, plumbing, electrical, and campus grounds maintenance, requires a Building, Electrical, or Plumbing Certificate. Full-time role in Nairobi.
Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies; Developing job specification for works; equipment and motor vehicles; Preparing bills of quantities; Installing and maintaining electrical works; Undertaking valuation of facilities, buildings, equipment and motor vehicles; and Preparing project reports.
Requirements
For appointment to this level a candidate must have:
- Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Building or any other relevant field of specialization from a recognised institution; and
- Proficiency in computer applications.
