Machine Operators- Toilet Paper Job

Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate And Monitor Toilet Paper, Serviette, Or Hand Towel Machines To Ensure Efficient Production.
• Set Up And Adjust Machines According To Product Specifications And Production Schedules.
• Inspect Finished Products For Quality, Including Checking Dimensions, Packaging, And Labeling.
• Conduct Routine Checks And Basic Maintenance On Machines To Prevent Downtime And Mechanical Failures.
• Troubleshoot And Report Any Mechanical Or Process Issues To The Maintenance Team Or Supervisor Promptly.
• Maintain Clean Work Areas And Comply With Health, Safety, And Environmental Regulations.
• Accurately Complete Production Logs, Machine Reports, And Other Documentation As Required.
• Assist In Machine Changeovers And Production Line Setups As Directed.
• Work Collaboratively With Other Operators, Supervisors, And Quality Control Teams To Ensure Output Targets Are Met.
• Participate In Regular Safety And Operational Training Sessions.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

• Diploma In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Technical Field From A Recognized Institution.
• Proven Experience Operating Converting Machinery (Toilet Paper, Serviette, Hand Towel Machines) Is A Distinct Advantage.
• Basic Knowledge Of Machine Maintenance, Repair, And Mechanical Systems.
• Prior Industrial Or Factory Work Experience Is Preferred.
• NYS Graduates With Mechanical Or Technical Training Are Strongly Encouraged To Apply.
