Job Purpose
- The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and quality production while adhering to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines efficiently and safely
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production processes
- Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Identify and report machine faults or operational issues promptly
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work area
- Minimize machine downtime and wastage during production
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience operating an Amenduni machine will be an added advantage
- Technical knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
