We seek to fill the position of Machine Operator for our sister company J&I Consult with a suitably qualified and competent individual with operating and troubleshooting food packaging machinery experience. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards by ensuring that every product package meets high standards for taste, freshness, and presentation.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery for roasted cereals with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor machinery duringoperation, making necessary adjustments to ensure smoothproduction.
• Perform quality checkson packaging materials and finished productsto maintain high standards.
• Keep accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and any incidents.
• Troubleshoot and addressminor mechanical issuesto minimize downtimeand disruptions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safetyprotocols and maintaina clean and organizedwork area.

Qualifications

• The job holder should have the following qualifications:
• At least a craft certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 1year work experience as a machineoperator, preferably in a food packaging companydealing in roastedcereals such as peanuts, beans,potato crisps etc.

• Basic mechanical aptitudeand problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detailand commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
