Loan Officer (Bodaboda Loan) Job Phoenix Capital
Sales & Marketing Jobs, Phoenix Capital Jobs. Responsible for following up on overdue bodaboda loan repayments, conducting field visits, updating collection records, and preparing recovery reports. Requires a Diploma or KCSE certificate with strong communication and negotiation skills and at least 2 years of debt collection or loan recovery experience, preferably in microfinance or lending. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in short-term loan sales and collections.
- Good understanding of logbook loans and lending processes.
- Ability to follow up overdue loans, negotiate repayments, and meet recovery targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
