Loan Collection Agent- Meru Job Brisk Credit
Sales & Marketing Jobs, Brisk Credit Jobs. Responsible for promoting and selling loan products, identifying and recruiting potential customers, explaining loan terms and repayment requirements, collecting and verifying client information, assisting with loan application processing, following up with prospective borrowers, maintaining customer records, supporting loan disbursement processes, and meeting sales targets. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. The position requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with outstanding loans to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements with customers in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer commitments, and payments.
- Monitor assigned loan accounts and prioritize overdue and high-risk accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan balances, repayment schedules, and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare regular collection reports and escalate difficult or delinquent accounts to management.
