We are seeking a disciplined, hands-on Livestock Farm Supervisor to oversee pig and poultry
production operations on a modern, performance-driven farm in Kilifi County.
This role requires strong operational control, daily production oversight, animal health monitoring, and team supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining biosecurity and hygiene standards, and ensuring farm targets are met consistently.
This is a practical leadership role suited to someone who understands livestock cycles, farm data, and output performance, not just theory.

  • Supervise all pig production stages including breeding, farrowing, weaning, grower, and finishing units.
  • Oversee poultry production activities while enforcing strict biosecurity measures.
  • Monitor animal health, mortality rates, feed efficiency, and weight gain across units.
  • Track sow productivity, litter performance, and reproductive efficiency.
  • Measure pig growth rates and ensure alignment with production targets and markettimelines.
  • Maintain accurate farm records including health logs, feed usage, production data, and
  • mortality reports.
  • Supervise farm workers, allocate duties, and enforce discipline and operational standards.
  • Ensure farm cleanliness, structured workflows, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly production performance reports to management
  • Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years’ hands-on experience in pig and/or poultry production.
  • Strong understanding of breeding cycles, livestock growth metrics, and feed
  • management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing farm teams in a structured production environment.
  • Proven ability to track and interpret production data to drive performance improvements.
  • Solid understanding of biosecurity and livestock hygiene standards.
  • Practical, disciplined, and results-oriented approach to farm operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping.
